While she's achieving her dreams, she's falling in love with another woman in the program and trying to hide it from everyone so they don't lose their positions. Themes: Adventurous, dramatic, a rollercoaster of emotions.
Harvest Season by Brynne Weaver: This is the second book in a series, but don't worry - we'll have the first one there as well. The story follows a serial killer and a hit man seeking revenge who call a truce even though they want to kill each other so that they can instead take care of a true crime junkie trying to solve a murder. Themes: Dark, suspenseful, intense.
You Won't Forget Me by Mazey Eddings: This is a queer romance featuring two bandmates who end up hooknig up right before tour, only for some drama to get in their way. Now they're forced together for a summer-long tour and have to decide whether it's worth it to risk everything. Themes: Gay
